The Buildings & Grounds division is responsible for the economical physical operation, maintenance and repair of all County-owned facilities. A primary mission of the Division is to provide employees and the public with safe, clean and healthy environments within which to perform all County governmental functions. The Division’s operation, maintenance and repair activities are designed to protect and extend the useful life of County-owned facilities. The Division also administers 24-hour per day security services for County Hall, the Rath Building and other county facilities.
