The Capital Projects group manages construction and major renovations of Erie County public buildings ranging from our NFL Bills Stadium in Orchard Park to the salt storage facilities along our highways. The range of architectural and engineering activities that we accomplish is enormous. Consequently, our department is mainly populated by experienced Project Managers with years of experience in specialized engineering and design functions. When we tackle a major investment, we expand our team with the addition of consultant teams who bring the best and latest building expertise to our projects.

Recent major projects include the construction of a new Family Court, the Renovation of historic County Hall and Law Library, along with the Legislative office annex. We built an all-new, award-winning youth detention facility and a region-wide training facility for emergency and first responders.
